yes, that's what I did here. I don't know enough about ruby to know if you can just move the

require

into the

if

clause (and I have no way to test if it would work, I don't have windows).

@Krzysztof Herman I don't believe we have added this. But could you clarify why you need it?

@Amro Tork let me figure out who added this feature. I am sure it was to support LVS on windows machines
