can someone explain how this is happening in gf180mcuc Pfet3v3 device. The Vt is very high

hmmm, left decreasing portion is most likely due to GIDL however the right portion, ive never seen that before, should decay gradually as you get more and more into linear region. looks like questionable models.

GIDL is agreeable but Vt is too high
