Not sure if this has been asked before, but for Tiny Tapeout analog/mixed signal designs are MiM caps allowed to be used? The layout macro in magic uses metal 4, so I'm not sure if this interferes with the power grid on Tiny Tapeout chips. I guess more generally my question is if we can use metal4 / metal5 in tiny tapeout.
