@David Muse It will automatically assign but as soon as the auto sms reminders go out for either the 24hrs or the 1hr or the 10 mins. The user switches back to Toll Free User. We then have to go back and reassign to ourselves. So throughout the 24 hours before the call we need to reassign the lead to us 3 times. If not we will most likely miss any new messages
