The user "Toll Free" has the toll-free number, but because this automation includes two wait times, other users are also working on the leads in the meantime. As a result, they assigned the lead to themselves, that's why message is sending from their numbers.

@Collins Ecom@Reynold Krieg I've just made some changes and assigned the tollfree user right before sending the message but, this might cause issue for other users.
