@Tim Edwards @Krzysztof Herman Since I get some queries of users using Xschem and the IHP-Open-PDK devices, my simple question is: Is this PDK provided through open_pdks? or do I simply need to clone the git repo?

@Stefan Schippers IHP-Open-PDK does not use open_pdks. It delivers ready to use primitives compatible with the tools (there is an exception I mean the user have to compile Verilog-A models using either openvaf or ADMS in order to run simulations with mosfet devices)
