this changes adds nofill areas to Activ, GatPoly, M1-5 and TM1-2. These areas are not super nicely drawn but at least the area around Passiv in the sealring is now marked as nofill.

Additionally, sealring includes not a prBoundary.drawing rect around the entire chip.

I'm trying to add metal fill via a script. This (closed) PR just added nofill areas between the sealring and chip border. However, we could simply use the sealring as boundary for metal fill.

Good tidea to use edgeseal.drawing and shring it down. I could try that too.

Ok, here is a script that generates the polygon by shrinking the inner hole of edgeseal.drawing.
