transistors that's permissible to use for the design ? I tried some widths around 1u and more like 14u and I see an error that says could not find a valid model name. From the documentation it seems we can use W/L ratios of <1, which suggests any widths closer the minimum lengths is possible, but unsure why 1u is invalid.

could not find a valid modelname
I believe the error message could be improved to say something like invalid widths or is there a reason to error out for invalid model name because the model couldn't determine a corresponding width of the device ?
