I have set up a PWM and a DAC and am currently working on modifying the signal height. Initially, I thought my design would work, but after a closer look, it seems that it won't be suitable for changing the PWM signal height using the DAC.

You have very tight specs. Very high frequency, duty cycle control with nano second resolution, and a full range DAC. I can't help you. The common level converter should be able to work with MHz signals, but not that supply range.
