Yoshidomi-san’s presentaton from the U.S. Japan Semicondutor Workshop is downloadable here. The effects of parasitic resistance that I talked about are on slides 22-28. However, on reviewing the slides, it seems that this may only be relevant for deep sub-micron processes (7nm is shown as the example), so there may not be much benefit for sky130. @Sadayuki Yoshitomi can you comment?
