Hello professor @Boris Murmann, I'm plotting the different LUTs gain and gm efficiency. I'm not sure if the
pfet_lvt
is too bad.
In Image 1 we can see the gain of the fets with L=0.7, It's clear that pmos is not correct in this region, but pmos_lvt seems kinda right. Something similar happens with the gm/ID plot (Image 2 3 and 4), in which at least the shape of pfet_lvt has some similarity with the expected one.
Do you think that the
pfet_lvt
model can be used in weak/moderate inversion and without length restrictions? Maybe avoiding short lengths

Yes, pfet_lvt could be OK. I just don't like the restriction on the minimum L.

What's the value of minimum L on the pfet_lvt? I can't find it easily on the docs
