Is there any effort in here on updating https://github.com/PySpice-org/PySpice to work with it. I think there has been breaking changes since ngspice-32 that make it not compatible anymore. Or maybe someone can provide pointers into the development changes causing the breakage.

You might either ask Fabrice Salvaire directly, or you might replace ngspice-32 (including its code models analog.cm etc.) by ngspice-43 and report on the issues.
