I have this too, however this is just an obscure warning, it looks it does the job. if you give the 'setplot' command you will see a new transient analysis is created (tran2 or similar) with the linearized vectors in it. So just ignore the warning and go ahead. I will file a message to the ngspice devs asking to decode this cryptic message.
