Hello everyone. I'll be looking into getting the NDA with Skywater to use the virtuoso pdk, but will also have students use the open source tool flow. Has anyone looked into developing an open source pdk for Cadence that would be freely available online? Would that be impacted by the NDA with Skywater or affect the ability to fab on the shuttle program?
