Hi, when doing substrate contact, i got this DRC "P-tap overlap of P-tap contact < 0.12um in one direction (licon.7)" what does it mean!

It appears that you have only local interconnect surrounding the contact, but no p-tap (

psd

in magic).

A layout .mag file displaying the error would be more useful than a screenshot which does not show an error.

) and it is not surrounded by p-diffusion (

). It is exactly the same error as you showed previously.

I have one more question. can I increase size the font of label?

If you created the label with the

Edit->Text...

GUI, then yes, you can just select the text and increase the size (also see the

setlabel

command).
