Hello all, I have violations in Magic DRC type: "Min area of metal1 holes > 0.14um^2 (met1.7)" How could I solve it, please? #openlane

This sounds to me like there is a section in metal 1 where there is an opening that is smaller than 0.14um^2. I don't know what the best practice is for an automated flow, but for an analog flow you should manually go to the point indicated by the DRC error and fill in the small hole, or expand the unfilled section so that it is larger than the specified area (14um^2).
