@Krzysztof Herman I think the current bondpad_70x70 violates to rules:
• Pad.d1R (see screenshot)
• Pad.kR (TopVai2 und Pad not allowed)
Should we shrink the current pad width from ~65 to ~62 or increase the bondpad by 5 and keep the pad dimension.
