hi, lets , i uses nmos function to get 5 nmos but i want to place it in very specific manner like some as dummy. so, Do i need to take care of co-ordinates of each instances(nmos) . @Sakib Pathen thank you

Just a heads up, the NMOS primitive lets you place dummies near the transistor. Can you tell me how you want to place the transsistors?
