For sky130 deep nwell, you will need an nwell guardring that straddes the deep nwell border. See the drc rules for the exact overlap values. This nwell guardring should have a ntap ring connected to the same power as the other nwells in the dnwell region or something higher than the vss and the internal pwell level.
