I am getting a strange flow failure of `couldn't read file "1": no such file or directory`` while executing `$::env(SCRIPTS_DIR)/extract_antenna_count.py < $arg_values(-from_log)`` in Global Routing after `Starting OpenROAD Antenna Repair Iterations...``. Does not occur if the Antenna Repair step is not needed or fails.
