Please provide installation guidance of klayout tool and openroad tool in ubuntu

@Koustubh Thanks for your response. I get lot of errors while installing OpenRoad tool could please help me to solve my errors -- Configuring incomplete, errors occurred! make: * No targets specified and no makefile found. Stop. make: * No rule to make target 'install'. Stop.
