@Krzysztof Herman I'm trying to manually fix following issue: "I’ve also introduced a slit in the M2 of Vdd pad to avoid Slit DRC". Unfortunately, Slt.c is missing in the maximal DRC file. Do you think this Slit is fine?

If it meets DRC slit rule it should be correct.
