Hi, some random question.
Is there a MPW that supports PtSi Schottky Diode?
I know it isn’t standard CMOS process but I’m not sure if it possible at all

Does it have to be platinum silicide?
GF180MCU has a schottky diode device but not PtSi.

PtSi would be better.
Let’s say that GF have Pt deposition in the fab. Could I ask for it in a MPW?

We don't have a lot of control over what the fab does. Google (backed by a lot of influence, of course) was able to get SkyWater to implement the ReRAM process for the Open MPW. But I am doubtful that we could go to SkyWater and ask for them to experiment around with a platinum silicide. SkyWater is much more amenable to experimental stuff (ReRAM being the case in point) than other foundries, so if they already had a platinum silicide option that they had been developing, we might be able to get them to offer it on an MPW. I don't think we would ever be able to get something experimental like that from GlobalFoundries, though.
