Hi, I am doing survey on the `res_high_po_0p69` model in SKY130. Is there a way I can simulate the Length (L) value of this resistor model followed by time (like a `pwl` source)?

I have never tried, but I don't think model geometric dimensions can be functions.
You can do multiple operating point simulations changing the length on every loop. I will do a test.

The following schematic does the simulation of current passing through a resistor with length increased from 1 to 10um, with 1um step.
By doing this example I also discovered a viewing problem in xschem. This is resolved by updating xschem. See second picture.
