Thanks for the quick reply. So only the gds needs to be disclosed? I dont need to release schematics and documentation?

You need to fill in some documentation fields, but how much detail you provide is up to you. Of course we prefer more detailed docs and schematics but it's not a strict requirement. Note that the Apache license allows others to reuse the gds either in original or modified form, so make sure are ok with that / have permission to release it.
