Are there any opelane2 sky130 router developers, who can help explain the following OpenRAM macro routing error?

Pins are "not connected" in final verification, but they visually look correct. Is this because of the openram memory macro pin pads being too small or because checks are too tight? (screenshots included in GitHub issue)
