hello people, i was designing an inverter with nfets and pfets with 3 fingers. nfet W/L = 4.5/0.18 , pfet W/L = 3/0.18. but i am getting this error message.

I've needed to use models with _nf, e.g., 'pfet_01v8_nf' for multi-finger transistor simulations. Might have other issues here, but something to try.

@Himanshu Singh I think there is some other problem in the testbench. Send the complete .spice netlist.
