Hello, I am trying to simulate the RRAM within xschem using ngspice and cannot get it to work. I've read around a bit and seen some different things on what to do. I've seen that you have to enable osdi for ngspice but I was wondering if there are any other steps I need to take to get the simulations to work properly.
