Where would I find parametrized cells (or even fixed-size instantiations) for 5V NMOS and PMOS devices? I need to compare the relative size (and guard space) of 5V transistors as compared to 1.8V transistors. By far the biggest problem is to sift out the reliable information from the plethora of opinions on the matter.
