I'm studying this one: https://www.xschem-viewer.com/?file=https://github.com/RTimothyEdwards/sky130_ef_ip__rdac3v_8bit/blob/main/xschem/passtrans.sch any reason the nfet_g5v0d10v5 and pfet_g5v0d10v5 were used here even though the design uses 3.3V and 1.8V rails for AVDD and DVDD?

03/18/2024, 4:51 PMAll the pass transistors are connected between 3.3V and ground, so they must be 3.3V tolerant.
