<!channel>: The deadline for posting schematics and simulation results is still ten days away. However, scheduling forty design reviews over the course of a few days promises to be a major hassle. I worked out the hours for two 12-hour days of back-to-back design reviews, and realized that it probably needed more flexibility to make sure that everyone could find a slot. So in addition to the two (long) review days of March 25 and 26, I have added two additional short days (March 23 and 24) to provide some additional time slots. If, in spite of the additional slots, the schedule gets crowded and anyone cannot find a slot that they can make, then please let me know and we'll work something out. I know it will be more difficult for those halfway around the world, especially southeast and east Asia. The time slot management will be done using the Calendly app, so starting at any time, you may select a slot for your design review from the website here: https://calendly.com/efabless/chipalooza-schematic-design-reviews?month=2024-03. Each designer or design team leader (or designated scheduling person) should reserve one 30 minute design review slot. Once a slot has been booked, any additional team members can be added to the meeting.

Oh, by the way, there will also be an email going out about the design review sign-up, to make sure that we reach everyone whether or not they're paying attention to the Slack channel. So if you get an email but you've already signed up (and some of you already have---Wow, you're fast)---then you can ignore the email.

Hi @Tim Edwards, will the reviews be open to anyone who wants to attend? Atleast as a passive attendant?

@pegy17110: I had to set up the design reviews as a one-on-one for scheduling. I know additional people can be invited, but it's not set up as a large-group meeting. The Calendly system has generated a separate zoom link for every design review, which makes it harder for other people to attend at will, although I suppose I could change that.

I see, I am not a participant in Chipalooza as I discovered it 2 days too late. I have recently graduated and have only a year of experience in the analog semiconductor world. I have always been a big supporter of open source and would love to attend these meetings (at least as many as possible) to understand how different people approach an analog design problem. Would you be able to record the reviews and upload them to YouTube alternatively? This would form an archive for typical design reviews as well and would be great for open source education too...
