I am happy to announce that we have recently added support for Qucs-S software in our development branch. We recommend using the recent version 24.1.0. After installation and PDK update go to

ihp-sq13g2/libs.tech/qucs

and execute python script in order to configure Qucs-S. We also provide a few simple examples of the simulations.
