@Amirhossein zanjani Yes, go to 
Simulation->List running subprocesses
, select the process and press '`Terminate`'. If process is stuck for some reason and does not respond to a graceful Terminate request press 
Kill
button.

@Stefan Schippers I can't find "List running subprocesses" in "Simulation", did you mean this Simulation tab?

Yes, if you don't see it your xschem is a bit old. This was added on Oct 21, 2023.
