Is CUSPICE compatible with Xschem? Has anyone here tried? Is there a noticeable improvement in speed. I have an NVIDIA RTX 2060

I think you can use CUSPICE with xschem. Just provide the

cuspice

executable to xschem instead of the

ngspice

executable in

Simulation->Configure simulators and tools

. I don't have a system with a CUDA capable GPU so I can not do any tests here. The problem is to verify if all devices you want to simulate are supported, as the whole sparse matrix is in the GPU.
