Any ideas how to debug this?
r2r.sch
I don't see any of those nets in the .sch file
it was the mis-aligned Bs
when I rotated the part the B didn't stay with the pin

All wires get assigned a name even if they don't have a label attached to them: they will be named '`#netn`, where
n
is an integer unique number. The
#
reminds you that the name was assigned by xschem since no net labels were present. This character will not be in the netlist. You can double click on a wire segment to get the net name. You can also do a '`ctrl-f'` to do a search. If you have off-grid objects may be they don't touch even if they look very close. In cases like this select all the objects and go to
Tools -> Align to grid
. (this should be done after setting the snap value to the normal value of
10
, the
SNAP
text box in the left-lower status bar is editable, you can change its value).
