Applicants can submit proposals for multiple IP blocks, but may only have the resources to develop one or two. Maybe this disclosure could be included in the proposal details? Will there be a poll closer to the submission deadline to help identify IP blocks that would benefit from additional proposals?

I wasn't expecting that in the time frame anyone would have the time to work on more than one block. I never really settled on what would be the best way to go about this, but maybe we could put up a publicly-editable spreadsheet and people could start entering what blocks they're most interested in, or intendending to submit a proposal for; then others would be warned away from IP that already had three (or more) groups signed up. I think that would work better than people blindly submitting proposals without knowing if it's oversubscribed or undersubscribed.
