@Junbeom Park Is this klayout with LVS through the GUI on linux? You can try putting the schematic netlist

current_cell_1X.spice

in the klayout run directory. I think that might work. If it’s on windows or mac, then you might have to do something else.

If the file location is correct, please check • the cell name doesn't include "-" (hyphen). Hyphen causes recognition error in LVS • Simulation -> LVS -> "LVS netlist: Top level is a .subckt" is ON when creating netlist by Xschem
