1)As we r receiving our chips recently , a small session to power it and run sample codes on cpu and it’s capabilities like using communication spi, using its memory etc would help? Also I have received only M2 cards with my chip.Are there assembly manual for making the main board on which these cards go and can we make it ourself?Do we have GDS for them?

You should have received the main board as well. I hope @Sara N can fix that for you

yes that's one of the 10 M-2 packaged chips. You should have a breakout board like this

@Matt Venn there seem to be many version of the big caraval pcb (shown in ur pic attached to breadboard).which one can I use for fabrication for my M2 cards?We are receiving only one board but we need two.
