Is there a reason we got shipped bare die with the MPW-7 projects? I was under the impression that the open shuttles were not eligible for bare die delivery

I also noticed that these dies are way thinner than our previous 2206Q chipignite project

Turns out that Google does provide bare dies with their mpw shuttles.

I see. Well, I'm certainly glad we got some as they will be pretty useful for our testing!
but, still trying to get the rest of our bare die that we had requested for 2206Q project...

I believe chipIgnite (2206Q) shuttles require a special request for bare dies.
