Hello, everyone. I don't want do use gate contacts, but klayout makes it automatically. How can I erase them? I can't find the way. Thanks (I also uploaded this question in #klayout channel.)

It is not smart way, but you can erase them by flattening the cell (Edit -> selection -> flatten instances). After flattening, you can edit each object in the cell. Please note that "flattening" disintegrates the Pcell into each object, so you can change the Pcell parameters no longer after flattening.
