Can you make sure your path is correct. The blank space (...pdk//libs.tech...) shouldnt be there i guess

as i can from this issue: https://github.com/The-OpenROAD-Project/OpenLane/issues/348 there might be a problem with the paths. Can you check the makefile to check if PDK_ROOT (and other paths passed) are absolute ?
