Hi everyone, are there any information on the maximum die size supported by SKY130 process? Not the caravel harness project size but the maximum size the node supports for a theoretical design.

The reticle step size is about 26 x 32mm, which sets the upper limit.

Thanks @Tim Edwards, I looked at this page before asking here https://skywater-pdk.readthedocs.io/en/main/rules/assumptions.html, to determine the same value for other nodes, which value should I look into? I think reticle step size is not directly written here. Or are there any other documentation pages you know of that specify that?

@Selim Sandal: I created the reticle map layout for Caravel, so I have to know. : ) It can also be inferred from the size of the Caravel chip and decoding the project numbers into the 6 x 7 array and making assumptions about the width of the saw streets. In general, though, it's something you won't know until you ask the foundry and they tell you.
