12/21/2023, 10:52 AMYes, the sky130 mpw's were originally meant to be WLCSP. But there were issues with WLCSP, so around this summer the new chipignite shuttles changed to QFN-only and the mpw runs that weren't packaged yet also changed to QFN (I think that means MPW4+).

12/22/2023, 5:01 PMFedEx added a note to the package that I'll have to pay import fees of about $27 and that they will send a follow-up e-mail with the details. They didn't send the follow-up e-mail yet.

12/22/2023, 5:07 PM(For previous shuttles, I didn't have to pay import fees, but they were sent with different "incoterms", i.e. they were sent as "sender pays" and MPW-6 was sent as "recipient pays".)
