I want to run the circuit simulation for each of the trial and store the circuit output for each trial in a separate output file. If you need to load data from an external file it is better to remove the voltage source from the schematic, add a

.include vsource.cir

line or something similar and the vsource.cir file should contain:

vvin vin gnd pwl
+ time1 value1
+ time2 value2
+ time3 value3
...

This simple file should be generated from the csv file by using a simple script (awk, tcl, python)
