Did you install these prerequisites first?

sudo apt install qtcreator qtbase5-dev qt5-qmake
sudo apt install qtmultimedia5-dev libqt5xmlpatterns5-dev
sudo apt install libqt5svg5-dev qttools5-dev-tools qttools5-dev
sudo apt install python3-dev
