Hello. I'd like to use LVT PFET and LVT NFET when designing an inverter. However, when I used the provided LVT model, I encountered the following error. Just for reference, simulation worked fine when I used regular PFET and NFET. It seems like it's not recognizing the LVT components. Do I need to perform additional steps to use them? If so, could you please provide information on the necessary steps? Thank you:) *For your reference, the unit capacitor I used has a capacitance of approximately 5 femtofarads (5fF).

The minimunm channel length for LVT pfet is 0.35
