Hi all, this is a portion of our analog chip going through Openlane in user_project_wrapper. The LEF was generated by magic using
lef write -hide
.
It looks like the router has connected all of our ports and power appropriately, and has avoided the areas where we drew M4 ourselves (for MIMCAPS) - which is great.
But it has thrown vertical M4 strips over our Macro everywhere else. Just checking that this is the expected behaviour after using
lef write -hide

Usually, yes. The obstructions in the LEF are avoided, but otherwise M4 straps vertical, M5 straps horizontal are drawn.
