Unfortunately not, this is something missing from OL2 that we will try to add it in the future. I ran

inside the gui so that it can build data and we get some idea of what's going on (it surprisingly finished global routing, this is perhaps it is a barebones

global_route

without the custom configuration passed by OL2). Although this isn't completely accurate, it can be helpful. It seems that the area at the bottom between the macro and the design's boundary it too small. I believe if you the macro is more centered there wouldn't be congestion.
