<!channel> We are happy to announce an update of the IHP OpenSource PDK. The updated version of the repository enables the users to use analog primitives such as MOSFETS (low and high voltage), high speed HBT (in three versions), resistors, MiM capacitor, antenna diodes and models for ntap and ptap contacts. We provide symbols for xschem and test cases for simulations using ngspice simulator. It is required to use 40+ version of the ngspice due to the fact it has support for the PSP103 model used for our mosfets.
