10/07/2023, 8:28 PMThere's a small possibility we'll also be able to ship bare dies, so if you got access to probes or wire bonding you'll be able to get direct access to any pads you include in your design. I hope we'll know if that's possible in a week or so

I talked with my team and it seems to be hard to meet the T/O date of TT05. We are going to make it in next shuttle. I have a question for you regarding the analog flow in TTxx. Is it the same as the caravel flow that we have been using in open MPW project or different flow?

10/09/2023, 6:13 AMWe are still working on it - but it will be slightly different.
The idea is that we give you the size limit / pin locations, and you create a GDS file with whatever tool you like (e.g. magic, klayout, or some commercial tool).
